Spencer House Partners was established in March 2006.  Its purpose is to provide merchant banking services to companies in the financial services industry with a particular focus on asset management businesses.  The founding partners of the business are Jeremy Sillem and Lord (Jacob) Rothschild.  Spencer House Partners LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
