Alexander Fellowes

Alexander Fellowes joined SHP as an Associate in November 2008 from Merrill Lynch International where he was an Associate in their Financial Institutions Group. His responsibilities included client coverage, transaction origination and execution.

Before joining Merrill Lynch, Alexander worked in the Financial Institutions Group of NM Rothschild & Sons.

During his career, he has advised on a variety of transactions in the financial institutions sector, including M&A, equity and debt financings, valuation and fairness opinions, capital markets and strategic advisory mandates. In particular, he has broad ranging experience in transactions within the European and UK Banking sectors.

Alexander Fellowes received a BA (Honours) in Classics from Oxford University.
