About us

Spencer House Partners LLP (“SHP”) was established in London in 2005. Its purpose is to provide corporate finance advisory services to the financial services and other people-focused industries.

We offer advice to firms, their shareholders and those interested in investing in our industries of focus, covering corporate finance (including M&A execution, strategic advisory, shareholder restructuring) and private markets capital solutions (including advisory and capital raising).

Since inception, SHP has advised on announced deals totalling approximately $17 billion by value and with aggregate AUM of over $1 trillion. In addition we have made a number of principal investments in our target industries.
