Established in March 2000, Harbourmaster is one of Europe's leading leveraged loan investment managers with over €8bn of AuM.

SHP advised RIT Capital Partners on its investment in the company and held a position on the Board of Harbourmaster. In October 2011, Blackstone announced the acquisition of Harbourmaster for $232m.

SHP was also the lead adviser on the transaction for the company and its shareholders.
