In 2010, former Man Group executives and Augmentum Capital, a technology fund backed by RIT Capital Partners, acquired a substantial minority in SRL Global, a technology start-up.
SHP advised SRL Global on its capital raise and also holds a minority investment in the company.
SRL Global (Statistical Research Laboratory) is a specialist technology company providing a cutting edge system, which delivers investment control and management of assets.
Prior to its successful MBO, SRL Global was established as a trading and technology JV with Man Group in 2007.
