TRANSACTION SUMMARY

On 19 September 2025, SUSI Partners AG (“SUSI”), the Switzerland-based specialist investment manager focused on energy transition infrastructure, announced that Gresham House, the London-based specialist alternative asset manager, had signed a binding agreement for the acquisition of SUSI.

The transaction combines SUSI’s comprehensive mid-market energy transition investment capabilities across equity and credit with Gresham House’s UK leadership in battery energy storage, positioning Gresham House as a leader in key growth segments of the global infrastructure investment market.

SUSI’s presence in continental European and Southeast Asian markets will enhance Gresham House’s operations in these markets, supporting its ambition to become a leading global alternative asset management firm. Gresham House and SUSI will combine highly complementary investment strategies, client bases, and cultures, allowing for a high degree of operational continuity. From completion, all SUSI employees will join Gresham House and SUSI’s CEO Marco van Daele will lead the newly combined Energy Transition division.
