TRANSACTION SUMMARY
In July LRC Group reached the final close of Fund IV for its UK Residential PRS Platform, raising £600 million in capital commitments.The fundraise underscores strong investor appetite from a high-quality global institutional investor base for UK rental housing, a sector characterised by undersupply and resilient demand.
Through Fund IV, LRC will continue to expand its portfolio of high-quality Private Rented Sector (PRS) and Build-to-Rent (BTR) assets across the UK, building on recent acquisitions of large-scale residential schemes in London and the South of England. The platform provides investors with exposure to a scalable pipeline of institutional-grade assets while supporting the delivery of much-needed rental housing stock.
